Q. What does it mean when an item is on back order, and how long will it take to get to me?
Ans.If an item is listed as back ordered, it means that it has been on order longer than 3 days. We are waiting to receive this product from the manufacturer. The time it takes to get these items depends on the title and the availability from the vendor. We ship the item as soon as it arrives. Top

Ans.In Canada: Ontario: If two or more items are ready to ship, your order is automatically upgraded to Xpresspost. One item is shipped via regular mail. Rest of Canada: 3 or more items are upgraded to Xpresspost. USA:All orders are shipped via USPS 1st class mail...link Top

Q. Will American customers be charged in Canadian dollars?
Ans.US customers will not be charged in CDN dollars despite seeing a CDN total tagged to their order. The credit card companies do the conversion based on the daily exchange rate. Q. Do you ship orders overseas?
Ans.We only ship to Canada and USA at this point in time. Top
Q. When will I be billed for the order?
Ans.Customers are billed for orders only when the order has been shipped. If you have any billing issues or inquiries email orders@cdplus.com Top
Q. What taxes do I pay?
Ans.Taxes are charged depending on where your order is shipped to. For example Ontario residents pay 13% HST. Orders shipped to US addresses are not charged any taxes. Top
Q. What are my options for gift certificates?
Ans.You can redeem your gift certificates online. Simply supply your certificate number and the amount you want redeemed towards your purchase. Please note that you still have to supply a valid credit card even if the full amount of the purchase is covered by your gift certificate. In this case your credit card will not be charged but will simply be used for authentication purposes. Top

Ans.This depends on the availability of the item and the shipping location. In stock items are usually shipped the same day, and delivery times are 2-4 business days in Ontario/Quebec, 4-7 business days for the rest of Candada, and 3-7 business days for the USA...link Top
